The installation no that I am looking for is not listed under the selection list when I am trying to register an object in SSCR Keys in Service Marketplace. However, the installation no that I am looking for is available in 'Report a Product Error'. Does anyone knows how to add it or get it listed in SSCR Keys.

Have you checked your authorizations under User Settings for your S-user? SSCR keys can be authorized by installation no.
