BPM Scenario Issue

hi Team,

We have BPM based scenario deployed in production envrionment and sucessfully running. But the concern is, all though the process are delivered successfully but there was no corresponding process instance in the SXMB_MONI.

In non-prod environment we are seeing all possible corresponding process instances but not in production. so i am not real sure what are the settings that i need to look to find why this discrypence.

Please help me to find the reasons and possible fixes for the same.

Try to compare the configuration settings with respect to Loggin as Carlos suggested.

Hi,

Go to TC SXMB_ADM in your non-productive system. Then, click on Integration Engine configuration.

Then click on specific configuration button.

Compare these parameters between your productive system and your non productive systems:

RUNTIME LOGGING

RUNTIME LOGGING_SYNC

RUNTIME TRACE_LEVEL

Your issue could be due to a missconfigured parameter in Integration Engine.

The transaction for viewing process instance is SXMB_MONI_BPE. Have you tried using this?

Yes I did tried with SXMB_MONI_BPE and SXMB_MONI -> View - Process.

Hi Sekhar,

This might not be of much help, but would you be able to check if you have the proper authorization for t-code or do you have the right profile in production for this?
