i am doing outbound delivery and system is throwing error message that account determiunation not possible for vay

i want to know how did system fetches VAY

what is the linkage between sales order and account assignemnet category

it si a normal sales process

Go to OBYC, double click on GBB where you can see various combinations. There you have to maintain both VAX and VAY with the combination of Valuation modification, Valuation Class and G/L Account.
