Data exists in SAPscript but does not get transferred to PDF, OTF

Hi Guru's

We have this problem:

We debug our script and we can see that the data we want exists in the script.

At OPEN_FORM in our ABAP-pgm, we have set TDGETOTF to 'X'.

At CLOSE_FORM in our ABAP-pgm, we process table OTFDATA.

At this point, some data is missing in OTFDATA.

We can not figure out why. Looks like a bug.

This happened after applying SAPKB70016 and SAPKB70017.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi All,

Thanks for your replies.

Our problem is not how to convert to PDF. Instead, our problem is something that looks like a bug that happened after appying some support packages (SAPKB70016 and SAPKB70017 most likely). This causes that some data is not being transferred to the OTF table (while some data still is transferred). We think it is related to fonts and that we might have to do something with fonts like reimport or regenerate? Does anyone of you have experience of this?

I've removed the irrelevant answers.

If the problem came in when you applied a support package, the chances are that either.

1) You've overwritten a previously implemented OSS note, so you'll need to find it an reapply it. or

2) The support package has introduced a bug, so you'll need to search for a fix, or send a note to SAP
