XI/ PI installation.

Dear SDN,

We need to install the XI please confirm the below questions.

1. Is XI and PI 7.0 is same ?

2. I am not able to find the PI7.0 installation document, Can i go for NetWeaver 7.0 installation and select the usage type PI , Is it ok. ?

3. Please link the XI/PI post installation steps.

Almost yes XI 3.0 runs on NetWeaver 2004 and PI 7.0 runs on NetWeaver 2004s. There is not a big difference.

Yes this is the usual (only) way.
