MDM Installation on HP_Unix IA64 bit

Hi All,

I'm trying to install stand alone MDM 5.5 SP06 on HP-Unix IA 64 bit server with Oracle 10.2.0.2 as my database.

I have already installed oracle software and when i'm trying to run MDS installation, i'm getting below mentioned error

I'm not able to get, where it is getting stuck and wat all other files it required.

I did tried to install MDIS too, but that is too giving me same eror.

So any help in this regard ASAP is appreciatable.
