PO is not getting transferred to Backend

Hello All,

I created an extended classic PO. It is not replicated to the backend. BBP_PD shows "In transfer to execution system" as inactive but there is no entry for "transfer failed". PO also does not go to "Error in process".

RZ20 shows two message:

Purchase Order Local errors ACTIVE Error reading the export data for EXEC transfer of purchase order

Purchase Order Local errors ACTIVE Error in local purchase order. No update of references in EXEC system

both of these messages belong to SRM message class BBP_ADMIN.

There is no data available in system log (SLG1: BBP:Replication).

This issue is specific to a test system. It does not occur in Dev System.

I have checked the queues also: No issue.

Any suggesstions?

Hi Arun,

Can you run this program BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED and it should change the cart status to error, then you can try FM BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER.

and then check BBP_PD.
