Files from SAPSERVx

Hi

Can anyone tell me what is the procedure of downloading files from sapservX I want to download SERVDEF.CAR from this location. /general/R3server/abap/note.0727998. saprouter is configure on windows platform whenever I try to ftp ( 194.39.131.34) it says connection time out. What are the settings i need to check in this system where saprouter is configured.

Hi,

Only SAP Router server only can talk to SAPSEVRx systems. Try from logging in from your SAP Router server itself. if issue continues, you should open a customer message with SAP Network Support. They will test the all the connections.
