Audit log in communication channel monitoring(MDT)

Hi,

I am doing a soap lookup in my message mapping for an interface.In order to monitor the request and response communication , I am unable to see the 'Audit Log' for the soap communication channel that was configured for the same.On clicking the message id for viewing the audit log,an error page is displayed as "Requested Page not found"

Could you please help me as to why I am unable to see the Audit Log.

Go to MessageMonitoring and check the display message data for your scenario

http://host:port/MessagingSystem/monitor/monitor.jsp

Hi,

as by default sync message logging is turned off on AE

so to see it you just need to turn it on

that's why you don't see it

You can got to

1) T Code: SXMB_ADM

2) Click Integration Engine Configuration

3) Again click Configuration

4) Now Keep the parameter as TRACE_LEVEL = 3 instead of 0 or 1 or 2.

then again go to SXMB_MONI there you can view now SOAP Request and Response.

I hope now it is resolved right

hi,

tha parameter you mention is for IE only not for AE

for AE the parameter is set in visual admin

Hi Michal,

Which particular service needs to be enabled in NWA(we are using PI 7.1).

Infact I have checked for synchronous message system properties, which is set default values. Details are as follows.

messaging.syncMessageRemover.checkInterval: Value: Minutes, Default: 60

MDT is not able to display the audit logs for only synchronous calls from SOAP/RFC look ups.

Hi,

set this to true:

messaging.syncMessageRemover.removeBody = true and it will work:)

Hello Michal,

Thanks a lot for the reply :-)...

I have checked already on property - messaging.syncMessageRemover.removeBody its set true. Infact I have tried in one of our sand box by modifying it to false. But of no use, the issue persist, when I try to open aduit log using MDT its shows "Resourse Not found, http 404 error".

Hi,

this is the property but I never had 404 without it

so there must be some other error on your system causing this

don't know what else can it be

but for sure removeBody is the parameter you need to turn on
