Hi how to identify -
> No of records in all major tables in Sap System.

Hi,
All tables are major tables for SAP. You yourself need to know which table is important for u to know.
Goto SE16 T-Code and press f4 and u can see all tables from no.of possibilities list. Select the table u need and press table contents icon and in the screen click no.of entries which gives u no. of records in that particular table.

Go to DB02 -> Single table analysis -> put the table name.

Hi,
If by "major tables" you mean biggest tables, you can use transaction DB02 to find them.
The actual path in DB02 depends from the database and the release/SP level of your system.
