Charm Reporting Issue

Dears

I am using /TMWFLOW/REPORTING tcode for CHARM reporting but issue is I am not able to see transport request numbers here means which transport is created in refrence of any particular ticket.when I am selecting * transport requests option its showing no data available while in inside screen also i selected requests but there also its showing blank in request coloumn.

In status also it is showing latest date.

Please suggest how can i get request numbers with normal correction tickets.

We had the same problem. We started using tcode /TMWFLOW/REPORTINGN and the requests appearred.

Any clue on the reporting issue? I have same problem. Recently upgrade to 7.0 EHP1 and setup CHaRM. When I select /tmwflow/reporting and select display "Project, Task list, Transports, and Objects" and enter the transaction number in the transaction tab.

In the result screen able to see Projects, Task list but not Transports and Objects.

I did some research found that need to schedule the data collection from Satellite system. Not sure which data collection in tracking monitor. Then would able to see.

Please help me on this.
