All the Plug In information is available on the SAP Service Marketplace quick link /R3-PLUG-IN (http://service.sap.com/R3-PLUG-IN)

There was high level details here. We want to see a list of all the enhancements being made or all the combined notes.

Choose SP Stack Download and select your system and starting/end point. If you don't know just leave the starting point blank and continue. Finally a list of all support packs will be displayed. Scroll the list and you'll see the PI. Click it and you'll get a screen where you can press the button SAP Notes. There you will find all notes and corrections contained in the PI.
