Repeatation of Material Document in J1I5 (IDH & IWE)

Dear Friends,

I am trying to update my RG1 register thru J1I5. Today, we created 2 Sales Transaction (cycle) one for Domestic and another one for export (LOU). We did the reciept entry thru RMA classification . Now, when trying to do an issue entry, system shows me 2 material document (2 entries) for IDH classification . Inorder to verify, I tried doing the issues entry thru IWE classification, again I can see 2 material document i.e, even the domestic sales material document is visible in IWE classification .

Why is this hapenning . Any solution for resolving this problem .

because of the movement type 601

as for both of these outbound deliveries the movement type is 601

Dear Rithvika,

Definetely yes. The material movement in both the cases takes place thru 601 movement type . Do I need to use the userexit 'J_1I7_USEREXIT_J1I5_VALIDATE' inorder to tell the system to include only export documents incase of updating RG1 thru IWE classification .

If you want to have control over while updating RG1 register.. You explore below user exit and write logic as per you requirement.
