Notification mailing

Hello All,

when I mail the notification to Business partner e.g to vendor, a pdf file is delivered through mail.

But the pdf file is balnk does not have any information of notification. I want notification infor such as Subject, tasks, task owners to be included in the file.

How can I resolve this?

Hi,

For this you can do one work around also.Ask your basis person to configure one virtual printer in which the output will be PDF & sending by email.

While doing the print function of notification enter this virtual printer which will generate the PDF spool & in spool you can give email id to send it.

Hi Atul,

Just ask your basis guys to open the port for the domain yahoo too.

Your mail will go directly to the yahoo mail id.
