BAPI for delivery creation w/o reference to preceding document

Hi,

I'm looking for BAPI (FM) to create outbound delivery w/o reference to preceding document or external system, (Delivery type LO). From what I saw there are BAPI's only for delivery creation with ref. to Sales order, PO, STO etc.

BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CREATENOREF

Already found that one but is no longer valid in ECC 6.0 and couldn't find another BAPI that may fit
