Issue with Confirmations

Hi,

We have an Issue with confirming the Goods.

We have an user who created a shopping cart on behalf of his supervisor. Everything went fine..But when receiving or confirming the goods in SRM, the user is also able to receive the goods for that PO.Only the Supervisor should receive the goods. how is the user able to receive the goods?

Please help me with these questions.

1.How is the user able to receive the goods?Is there any scenario it will happen like this?

2.How to prevent this in happening again?

Hi

Check the role of users who created the shopping cart for his supervisor.

If this user is having the central goods recipient role (SAP_BBP_STAL_RECIPIENT), then he can perform the confirmations for all the purchase orders.

Please let me know the details.
