Dear Akshay,
You have to have Cancel/ Delete the Sales Order and Create a new Sales Order, with Correct Sales Area (i.e. Sales Org/ Dist Channel/ Division).
Thats the only way.

Hi Akshay
If you have created a sales order with the wrong division then you cant change the division of the sales order again. So you need to close the sales order by putting the Reason for Rejection .
So create again the new sales order properly and send the output and then tell to the end user to give the call to the customer and tell him to consider the latest one and ignore previous one .

Dear Friend
The sales order is created with the wrong division
The sales order needs to be rejected or closed or deleted (as the other friends also suggested)
Say the order no is 10000 and you find that was created with the different division hence you are deleting this order and the next order you are going to create will be 10001
If you want the next order or corrected order for the same customer to be also to carry the same no 10000 then it is possible
Steps are
1. The wrong order should be deleted Say order no 10000
2. Go to VN01 choose your interval range the current status and the current no would be 10000
That you change to 9999
Then the next order the new one you are going to create will also be 10000
But in between this process there should not have any other order created wit that order type for any other customer too
Hope this is what you have asked for in your subsequent reply
Regards
Raja
