"Z" Report output export to Excel in "Open Office"

Dear All,

We have to install the SAP GUI for the Windows 7.10 (our SAP version ECC5.0). But we need the "Z" Report output export to Excel in "Open Office". The open office working or not in SAP. Please help me for this issue.

Hi,

1st, Open Office does not have "Excel". I assume that you mean "CALC"

2nd if you boder to search a little (there are sap notes, other people with the same question and blogs here about open office)

Note that extracting to OpenOffice has nothing to do with the GUI

Hi Thiru,

You can export the output of the report to the excel sheet.Inbuild dowload option is there.After you execute the report.The output screen will be there.On the menu you see the option

System->List->Save->Local file.The system will ask which format you want to store the file.Choose spreadsheet.Hope your query will be resolved.
