Can someone help with the effort/timeline it takes to implement Solution Manager - Covering Implementaion,Operations features

Much is depending on
- what you plan to implement
- experience in working with the SolMan
Implementing it as required by enterprise support is certainly not something you can do beside your normal work.

Thanks for getting back to me on this.
The customer would want to implment Sol Man and would wanted to check on the timeline.I have experience in working on POC's.
To further add on - they are planning to use Sol Man as a tool for any Implementations,Upgrades and as a Service Desk
Difficult to say.

If check the necessary consulting times you can get an estimate how much time and resources are necessary.
It´s an implementation of a new product, so it´s equal than being a CRM or SCM or whatever other software even though it´s more technical.
