Dear all,

I made one sales order where shedule line item is confirmed with 2733 whereas order quantity is 4000 .After saving the order , the confirmed qty is changed to zero .

How , this is happening , can anybody address.

Hi,

Please put a break point in this user exit and view the changes happening at the order processing and order save mode. This will give exactly where this change happens and helps you to trouble shoot same.

Availability check user exit: RV03VFZZ

System must be giving u credit limit msg. Release order through VKM3.

Sarvanan,

Check whether customer is applicable for partial delivery or not?

Secondly check the logic of Availability check whether its against any product alloaction.
