Service PR not closed after creating PO of full PR Qty

Hi,

A Service PR has been created for 100 Qty against service master .

Service PO created against same service PR for full PR quantity.

Made service entry sheet against the same PO and accepted

Now again when we created service PO against same service PR, system allows to create the PO for the same service PR for full quantity, without displaying any error message or warning message.

System should not allow creating a PO against the service PR if PR is fully converted into PO.

I used exit to have external control so that PO Qty does not exceed PR Qty.

I used an exit to control the Qty of PO.On that basis I closed this issue.

Hi

During creation of PR in Item Details "No Limits" Tick Box might have been clicked.

That's why the PR quantity is not limited to the quantity for which it is prepared.
