AQL test

Hi Shyamal,

My client is having sampling inspection for Packaging materials for different lot sizes for which i have defines relevant sampling schemes.

Defects to be inspected are classified as very Critical, critical, major and Minor.

They have a SOP for each material where in they allow the maximum number of defects that are allowed for acceptance/Rejection

Based on these results and defects the material is rejected/Accepted.

I am not able to decide whether lot is to be Rejected or Accepted after capturing defect types in Result Recording screen. What should we capture in Result recording screen.

Could you please let me know the procedure to do this AQL testing.

Hi

based on AQL - your MIC reults are acepted/ rejected

if you give 2, assign this sampling procedure to MIC ( before that you have to created SP using that SS)

then while RR aagainst thet MIC- if your more than 2 sample results are out of specification- then your lot will be rejected.
