Attachement set as INTERNAL has been sent to vendor

Hi,

We are in SRM 4.0 and using extended classic scenario.

We are facing issue in PO output.

Attachements which are set as "internal" in PO are being sent with Po output (through e-mail or fax) to the vendor.

Can you please help me how to restrict this?

Thanks a lot Sanjeev.

Issue has been resolved after applying the note.

But few more issues are there.

If a line item with "external" attachment has been deleted then the PO output has triggered an e-mail with that attachment. Is it possible to block that?

Also we need to set the Internal box by default while creating shopping carts.
