shopping ob Behalf issues

Hi,

We have implemented SRM5 and ECC 6 with classic scenario. when we create a shopping cart on bahlf of a particular user, an error "Attribute for user 50009239 contains errors" occurs and it fails. When I check in USERS_GEN, the userid, there are no issues found. But when I check for the CP, it says the userid is not having email address maintained.

Also in SM21, there is an error message BBP_PU 245. I am not able to resolve this issue.

Hi

Using transaction BBP_ATTR_CHECK, do a check of the user for relevant applications. Hopefully you would find the error which is causing this issue.

I was able to resolve this by deleting and regenerating the user. since our user and position was a direct feed from HR system, there was some issue. By reprocessing the Idoc, this issue was fixed
