Dropdownbyindex UI doesnt support by Blackberry browser

Hello Everyone,

I developed webdynpro application. And i can called application from blackberry webbrowser. it is working properly but i cant use Dropdownbyindex UI. i check sap help documents which is said it is supporting by blackberry..

but when i used this UI, it is look like radio button not like dropdownbyindex . i call application link "wmlclient" parameter.

Does anyone know why it is appear radio button? What should i do?

Hi very sad you see this thread open since feb, we have very much shortage of new emerging tech techies in SAP..

Please SAP people look at this matter as soon as possible...

Hello, I´m having the same problem, but with the dropdownbykey element.

It looks like a radio button group, and that's fine for me...

The problem is that it doesn´t get the selection.

Have anyone solve this problem?

Hi Rasim,

You cannot use the DropDownByIndex UI element in Blackberry. If you use it, it will show as a list of radio-buttons and the user can select the required option accordingly. But DDBI is not supported for Blackberry.

Hi,

I agree that the blackberry document says that it supports dropdown but in actual the drop down is displayed as radio buttons. For drop down to work use sap-wd-client=PieClient as url parameter
