PI 7.1 Installation with SQL Named Instance: Error in Configuration Wizard

Dear All,

I have installed PI7.1 on SQL 2005 Platform with Named Instance ( Instance Name = PIM).

Now when I am running the Initial Configuration Wizards, it stucks up at step 338 of 450( Step: Configure product and Component SAP BASIS) saying that :-

Error: ABAP Technical System 'PIM on SAPPIDEV\PIM' not found

Where SAPPIDEV is my host name and Named Instance name is PIM. SID is also PIM

Please help if I need to do some extra setting for Named instances ? Where from is it picking the hostname as SAPPIDEV\PIM whereas it should be only SAPPIDEV ?
