We have done homogeneous system copy from BP1 to BQ1(BW3.5 on Windows/Oracle)
instance is started and running now we have to install sap license.When installing sap license from the screen shot taken before refresh

Login with SAP* user id in client 000. Go to tcode slicense and apply the license.
