SAP 4.7 installation error during DATABASE LOAD (POST PROCESSING)

Dear Gurus,

i am installing SAP 4.7 on windows 2000 professional(service pack 4) with oracle 9.2.0.1 with patch set 9.2.0.8. ( i installed the patchset using the setup icon, though i am unable to install the rest 2 patchset no. 7275120 and 7394394 as there is no set up files included in these folders. for ur information i have downloaded all these three patchset from SAP site itself.

after around 80 % installation of SAP database instance, I got error during DATABASE LOAD (POST PROCESSING), showing R3load jobs: running 3, waiting 22. the end portion of log file i am attaching here, pls help me to remove this error...
