Status during partial rejection is not visible in the SC creator's inbox

Hi,

We are using SRM 5.0, with SUS. ECS scenario.

We are using N level BADI for approval and the approval is SC based and NOT line item based.

Whenever the SC is partially rejected by the approver, the SC creator gets a work item in his mail box. upon checking it, it doesn't specify which line item has been rejected or approved under the status column.

Though the status of individual line items are visible if its checked under the shopping cart status section, its not available in the mailbox.

When the SC is fully rejected, then the status is appearing while checking the work item in the creator's email box.

Please let me know if this is a standard behaviour or not.

Hi,

I think it is standard behavior. There are document status and workflow status. Partial reject status is in middle of workflow loop. Full reject is end of workflow and it updates status in document side.
