File content conversion

Hi All,

I am doing sender file content conversion if i provide Header,1,Items,1 in Recordset structure the file is picking and if i provide Header,1,Items,* the file is not picking.

Could you please suggest what might be the problem.

Confirm if you have maintained occurrence of Items as 1...unbounded while creating data type

Check the Error Message in your Adapter in CommunicationChannel Monitoring or in MessagingSystem

Hi,

in XI in RWB, go to component monitoring, select adapter engine, go to communication channel monitoring...........select your sender file comm channel and see the detailed error occuring for Header,1, Items,* file content conversion parameter..........

i guess that you may not have provided the Items.endSeparator in your FCC parameter in your sender file adapter.

I heve checked the FCC i have provided Items.endSeparator as 'nl'.Eventhough it is not picking.

Hi,

I think the problem is due to source data structure, item level the occurence value should be 0..unbound and meanwhile check receiver configuration also.
