Dear Expert,

In server we r facing some problem.

When we using PFCG T code, Workprocess are stuck.

And this dump are coming

1. CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR by SAPSYS

2. SYSTEM_CORE_DUMPED by SAPSYS.

then in os level temfs file is increasing to 100 %.

i am working in ECC6 , RHEL 5 os

can plz guide me what to do now.

Hai,

Check the SAP Note 97522, you can use the dump as a source of hint to find the actual cause of the problem.

You can delete the core files at OS level to keep the work directory from filling in.

I gone through that notes, but i didn't understand.

Can u plz tell me which core file to be identify in SO level.

core files will generates into /usr/sap/SID/DVEBMGS_instanceno/work directory . When a process is running and it terminates due to any reason a core dump is been generated at OS level

so you can check the file start with core.* at the /usr/sap/SID/DVEBMGS_instanceno/work path.

have a look, there must be some core.* files at os level and your directory will be full probably, So just delete the core files
