block the sd document automatically when the dunning level reached

Dear all,

i have a question about the dunning level. my scenario is the SD documents could be blocked automatily when the dunning leverl in customer master data has been reached .

i had checked the setting in ova8 and found that there have the dunning leverl could be setted. it just means the system start the credit check when the dunnling level reached.

However, i want to the system could block the sd document as soon as the the dunning level be reached and in spite of the credit limit.

please advise it!

Dear Daniel,

In OVA8 there there are settings for Highest Dunning Level.

Under Checks, there is a check box for Highest Dunning Level. Put a Tick mark in this Box & put B in Reaction.

On the other side there is a Box for Highest Dunniong level. Put the required level (1 or 2).

However, the setting about dunning level in vov8 just means the system start the credit limite check when the dunning level be reached. if the credit limite exceed, the system would blocked the SD document.

my needs is when the dunnling level be reached. the system block the SD document directly.
