Forms tracking in SAP

Hi Experts is there any option in SAP to track the forms related Indian taxation forms like C,H and all and i know for 'C' we maintain in J1IUN like that where can we maintain other forms and will this update when we process the order ????????.Thanks alot and please help me out.

No SAP has not addressed this (Forms Tracking) issue. You have to develop on your own according to client's requirement. Alternatively, there is one SAP authorised Vendor by name Collebara, Trivandrum who can address this issue efficiently.

Dear Friend,

As rightly said you need to develop your own logic . With the help of your ABAPer, create a ZTable . Also develop a program in which u cerate a entry based on the Customer. The entries get stored in the ZTable cretaed . Then you can develop a report which can show you which C or F forms has been recieved or pending .
