N step Approval for Bid Invitation

Hi All,

In order to implement N step approval for Bid Invitation, I have activated the Workflow WS 14500028 and also implemented the BADI BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI.

This is working fine, It adds the approvers specified in the Badi to the approval list and goes to the corresponding approvers for the approval.

But when the Bid Invitation is approved by all aprrovers mentioned, if I open the Bid Invitation and view the Approvers Preview, it only shows the flow of the approvers but their name( User Id) does not appear.

It just displays 'Bid Invitation Approved By' and the approver id is blank.

I found that the Badi BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI is not getting triggered when I open the Bid Invitation and view the Approvers Preview after the Bid Invitation is approved by the approvers.

Can any one help me on this issue.......

Check if the following note might help you..

Note 1140300 - No graphical approval preview.

Symptom: The graphical approval preview is blank after a document has been finally approved.

I had to make some code change in the BADI, as the entries in the Approvers list was blank after the approval.
