Consumption from PSA for production order

Hi there ,

I have done the material staging in PSA for the components........but when I am confirming the order in CO15 SAP is suggesting only 101 movement for the header material but there is no 261 movement type.....as a result of which the material from PSA is not getting consumed .....

Please advice where can be the problem .........

Hi,

Please check the component list of your PrdOrd (in CO02). Are the backflush checkbox of the components marked (for backflushing)?

If the problem derives from this you have to find a long run solution as well (you can control the backflush indicator in material master, work center, routing, production order)
