I am Creating Licence for Deemed export I getting following error

Material 19 not maintained for any of the plants.

On your comments

Material 19 not maintained for any of the plants

go to material master MM02, input the material code for which you are trying to create licence and select "Sales: General/Plant Data" view and click on Organisational levels at the bottom. Now place your mouse against Plant and press F4. See in which plant that material is created.

Ensure that the same plant you are giving in licence creation also.

Already I maintained plant. When I am creating deemed export license J1ILIC01 system asked Series group I maintained I filled all requirements.When I enter my material same error coming.

Dear Sree

I have tried to create a licence in J1ILIC01 in my test server and successfully created. In fact, for me also, system throws some error message but dont concentrate on particular field. Keep giving all the relevant informations and then try to save.

For information, I have given the following:-

- Series Group

- Licence Type

- Licence name

- Creation Date

- Expiry Date

- Sold To Party

- Ship To Party

- Material

- Quantity

- Unit of Measurement

- Value

- Duty

From the error what I faced, I can give you a hint that if you maintain all the above fields, you can also create a licence successfully.

Ensure that the material is created in the plant which you key-in in the licence master.
