REVOKE USER DECISION ICON MISSING

HI QM'S

In QA32 transaction after selecting the lot and if u click USAGE DECISION one icon REVOKE USER DECISION ll come in my dovelopment server its comming but in production its not comming.

now i need that in production server.

Pls can any one give the steps how to get that in production.

Hi Shruthi,

I am not sure about the exact scenario in ur case but it might be the case that the Usage Decision is been given and cancelled later in production server (Using Enhancement). If this is the case, Revoke UD wont be possible.

Please check the OSS Note 1108313. This might be useful in you case.

Pls try this

QM->Quality Inspection->Inspection lot completion>Maintain Catalogs for Usage Decisions--->Edit Code Groups and Codes

Enter relevant fields & Check for relevant code group of UD is released.

hi ,

thank u for ur reply.

What i am asking if u click ud button in qa32 after slecting the lot on the tool bar it ll display some icons like caliculator etc.

left side to that caliculator one revoke user decision icon is there.

in my development server its comming but i the production server its not comming..

tell me how to get that icon in production server.

SPRO->QM->Inspection lot creation-->maintain inspection type->Double click inspection type---->see any status profile attached.

If yes, note down. then

SPRO->QM->ststus management-->define status profile->Double click the status profile-->see for revoke inspection completion->check the setting.

Do the above for both development & production.

If any difference in setting, pls transport your development setting to production.

I hope this will resolve your problem.
