maintain plant for the sales area

Hi

am creating sales order but getting error maintain plant for the sales area though i have maintained plant in customer master, material master but still am getting error kindly help.

In t code OVX6 have you maintained the settings please check?

Plant should be assigned to sales org+distribution channel

in

SPRO - ENTERPRISE STRUCTURE- ASSINGMENT-SD-ASSIGN SALES ORG.-DISTRI. CHANNEL-PLANT

Dear Mukesh

If OVX6 is maintained properly

Then plant to shipping point assignment done properly and plant maintained in Either CMIR or CMR or MMR and still the error is on

Then once again check the entire settings

VOR1 common distribution channel

VOR2 common dvisions

Master data is copied in sales order from these two only

Plus OVAO,OVAM,OVAN.OVAZ (this may not be reqd as you are getting the error inside the sales order)

After this log off and relog and do it

Dear Mukesh,

One such case was discussed among User, Me and Others, in following thread.

From SD point of view, i provided all config-related settings, late-on he confirmed some settings was missing from FI-Side (however, he hasn't mentioned, what settings was missing).

If such a case, with you, check with FI-Mate.
