Order status

Hi SD experts,

I would like to know if it's possible to make the order's status as "completed" even with a partial delivery, instead of the status "being processed" which is normally displayed ?

How ?

For instance,

If a sales order is created for 100 units of material A.

And the delivery will be done for 50 units only.

I need the sales order's status to be "completed" after delivery.

Hi

1. The will be changed to complete if we assign a reason for rejection to the line item in the sales order.

2. With partial deliveries also the order becomes complete depending on the partial indicator delivery (A or B) copied to the order from the customer master record. Please check the below link for information on the system's reaction to the partial indicator.

Hi

Go to VOV7 give the completion rule as A and try to check with a order cycle

I think this should suit your requirement

But a risk is there, In a sales order against 50 units order if you make delivery only for 30 units the balance 20 units you may not be able to deliver at all
