Dear Satish,

Sorry, as I noticed that your Query is: Delivery Deleted, after PGI-Reverse

well, this can't happen. Somebody must deleted it.

Do one thing:

Go to, T. Code: VL22

and Key-in your Delivery Document No. and Execute. It will Show Change-Log with User Name.

Alternatively, Check with T. Code: SE16, as suggested in my previous post.

Best Regards,

Amit

Dear Satish,

now the issue is Delivery document is deleted from the data base after PGI reverse, its not there in Document flow and table.

How its happend?

Well, this is standard functionality. Once Delivery is deleted from SAP-System, it won't reflect in Document Flow

And, not only this, if , you had run VF44 - Revenue Recognition (based upon Delivery), later on if you go to VF44 or VF46, entry will reflect against Sales Order and not Delivery.

Reason being, Delivey has been deleted from the database (Tables: VBAK/ LIKP /LIPS etc.)

Now, if you are interested to view Deleted Delivery, go to -

T. Code: SE16

Table: CDHDR

OBJECTCLAS: LIEFERUNG

CHANGE_IND: D - Deleted

and execute report.

It will list all the information regarding Deleted Delivery.

Best Regards,

Amit

Note: For info-sake - If, you wanna see Information, related to Deleted Sales Order, go to -

T. Code: SE16

Table: CDHDR

OBJECTCLAS: VERKBELEG

CHANGE_IND: D - Deleted

Dear Satish,

I surprised !! when I saw your thread !!!

The delivery document got deleted when you did the Reverse PGI through VL09.

It is not possible you check from your side by mistakenly or by unknowingly you might have deleted the delivery after done the reverse PGI.

I hope this will help you,

Regards,

Murali.
