i would like to define/create iview properties for a web dynpro java application which runs inside sap ep. the iview properties should be configurable in pcd object editor and accessible from web dynpro code. how would i do this?
when i use the standard web dynpro iview, the set of iview properties is fixed and i am not able to add my own properties. i could use the "application parameter" property to define and pass my values to the application, but that's not what i want.
in contrast, if i would develop a portal component instead of web dynpro i would be able to define my properties in the portalapp.xml file.
