Number Range Issue in DMS

Hi friends,

We are encountering one issue, that in SPRO-> DMS-> Control Data-. Define Number Range, it is giving one msg, "You are not authorized to use this function". What does it mean? In the role of customization, in number range maintenance, we had taken rights of "DOKUMENT" authorization object of DMS, but yet we are getting same msg (NR810).

Hi Ponnam

You ID contains only the Generel Roles for using DMS. So, try to customize with the ID which has authorizzation. Speak with your BASIS team, to provide you the authorization. SU01 will be the TCODE.

You should have authrzn for c-draw-tcd (ACTVT,DOKAR) for maintainting the no ranges.
