My question is
Difference between Delta Upgrade and Installation while doing Component Upgrade
If we already have Component Installed and we want to upgarde that Component would need to do
Delta Upgrade or Installation

As said by Ulf, Installation is when you don't have the component, Delta upgrade is to upgrade the component.
