Uploading excel to PA.

Hello Experts,

While uploading the future locked KF values from excel sheet to planning area, the values shows some discrepancy in planning booku2019s key figure level. I.e. exact value is not uploaded.

Can any one please help me with, how we can upload the right values in the planning book Knows notes recommendation are welcome.

Hey Rahul,

How are you doing this upload?

There is a particular format that you need to use to upload the values to planning area. Do a download to excel from the planning book, select the option "Prepare file for upload at later Time" and also select Header. Use the downloaded excel to make changes only to the numbers and DONOT touch any formatting.

Also make sure you are downloading and uploading at the same aggregation level.
