Production version is not available to choose: Maintenance optimizer

Hi All,

We have solution manager with Basis , ST level 10.

Also, we need to urgently configure the Maintenance optimizer. We dont have much time to import

the support packs.

Hence with the current setup we have activated the required BC sets and defined a solution.

But when we went to setup the maintenance optimizer solutions No systems are displayed and also

we couldnt able to choose any product version i.e., there is nothing available to choose and hence

we are unable to continue( continue button is greyed off).

Please advise quickly.

Hi,

Please refer to Note 1024932 for more details about the Configuration of MOPz.

See section " As of Solution Manager Support Packages level 10 (ST 400 SP10 and

above), the procedure can be found in the following location:" for more details.

Also see Note 1022072 & 1025381.

Hi,

Thanks for the suggestion.

As per the Note we have made all the prerequisites and after that when went to maintenance optimizer configuration with the product as ECC 5.0 , we are unable to go to the 'select file' option.

The screen remains the same with the warning message :

We have checked all the RFC settings and also maintained the global settings with the suser id.

Please advise.
