PO in Confirm GR

Hello,

GR is completed for PO but still the user is getting the po details in his list when he go for 'Confirm GR' in SRM.

Any possible to delete the same ?

Have you made the Confirmaton/GR for whole PO ? can you check

one more thing needs to be check when you done the Confirmation/GR for the complete PO have you selected the check box option of the "confirm goods/service centrally " in the item Data Tab.

Yes, confirmation was done for all the line items of PO and i can able to see it in R/3 as well.

Hi Sunayana,

Sometimes it so happens that once the confirmation is done , we have to manually run the synch job because the batchjob for status update in the SRM system might not have picked the document. Try to run the synch job manually and then try to check the status of the same.
