Sales document text determination!

Hi Sap Gurus!

I am facing an error in text determination have configured text properly for customer master and sales document OR but when i am creating an order then text is not comming from customer master have to give it manually again.For customer master my object is KNVV.I have maintained the text in costumer master but cant see in the sales order.

When I click on analys button in sales order then i am Getting This error,"101 requirement is not met,text could not be obtained"

Please help me in this issue.also guide me how can i see this text in print preview of OR?beacuse when I am giving manual text in sales order then I am not getting, only this text in print preview.

Plz help.Good points for relevant answers.

Hi

Check in VOTXN at sales order level (item / header level) , check at the step where you will be maintaining the assigning tables KNVV ,VBAK etc . there you check wheather you have maintained any requirement or not.If you have assigned then remove that requirement

Check in The Access Sequence determines what text gets copied from preceding documents to subsequent documents or from Master data to sales documents.Also check wheather any requirement has been assigned in the access sequnce or not . If maintained then remove that access sequnce and then check

Customer Central Texts - Text Object KNA1

Customer master texts - Text Object KNVV

Sales Header/delivery header - text object VBBK

Sales Line/Delivery Line - VBBP

Check the following data in VOTXN then your problem will be solved

Hi

Check for all access sequences you maintained , wheather for those all access sequence any 101 reqt is maintained or not .

Secondly also check again what is the text determination procedure you maintained for your sales document type.

Hello Pankaj,

I think the requirement is missing from your Access Sequence.May be that is the reason why that is giving the error.Please check.
