outbound deliver error

hi experts,

when iam doing outbound delvery VL01N getting error "no schedule lines due for delivery upto the selected date"

Hi

Put the sales order in VA02 select the line item and check for confirmed qty schedule line dates in the schedule line of that order and check whether it is matching the date on which you are creating delivery (in the initial screen of VL01N t code) and create delivery accordingly

Suppose if the confirmed dates are 10.02.2009 then you can create delivery only on 10.02.2009 not before that(you have to change the date ( in the initial screen of VL01N t code)

Hi,

In VL01N, in the field delivery selection date, enter the same date or date that lies after confirmed delivery date in schdule lines tab of the sales order.

Hi,

GoTo va02 -- Input sales order no.-> Goto menu sales document - > Deliver.This will take you to delivery document screen.

Or Else

Select line item in sales order and click on schedule line for item and check and note the delivery date and ensure item has to be confirmed which is also suggested by Mr. Raja.

Input that delivery date in vl01n which will solve your problem.

Go back one step and give a future date (date in the future) in the "Selection date" while creating delivery (VL01N screen).

You can give the Material availability date or Transportation planning date which ever is earlier .

You can find those date in the item details > schedule line of the items in "Shipping "button.
