Err Msg "Enter Telephone number" while creating Employee for Bidder

Hi

We are running on SRM 4.0.

Using Manage Business partner(BBPMAININT) link trying to create Employee for business partner(Bidder).

After the required data is entered and save button is pressed getting error msg "Enter your telephone number".

But the strange thing is Telephone number field is not visible at all to enter in the Employee data screen.

What could be the problem?

Did you check OSS notes 864011, 807140 ?

Thanks a ton for your solution.

Applied the note 864011 which is suitable for my issue and problem is resolved.

Other note 807140 was not applicable as we are already on SP06 as recommended by the note.

Now am able to create employee for business partners.
