Scheduled status MEssage

Hi Frnds,

I saw in SXMB_MONI THAT FEW XML MESSAGEDS HAD stuck up in sheduled status. Can anyone tell me why is it stuck in sheduled status. When i try restarting it then it says the message is already sheduled. I see some more message stuck in queu before this one. but i want only this message.

PLS HELP.

Hi Rohit,

Do you see any RED color LED under the Queue status for the scenario you have designed ? If so double click it -> go to the QUEUEID (example XBT..)in the same line-> Dobule click it->again double click the queue name ->Press F5 or click the button (Unlock Queue) in the menu tab.You can also try in this way.

I followed Ramakrishna's advise and was able to clear my queu. thanks a lot frnds for the prompt reply.

Clear the queues and then try.

Release the other messages first in the queue by unlocking the messages in SMQ1/SMQ2. Check if there is any error message in queues.
